Happiness is being content, & appreciating your life.

It’s finding things that make you feel happy.

It’s knowing that what you are doing is right.

Its feeling satisfied that your doing a good job, as good as you can.

 

Happiness is waking up in the morning, looking forward to the day – not dreading it & hoping time passes away.

Happiness helps me when I kind and caring to others.

Happiness is okay even when you’re sad – it’s a state of mind, a feeling, it helps you even when things are bad.

Once your happy it’s easier to stay at this level of true, pure happiness.
